How to Order

Order Online - There is an order form under each photo. Click the Buy Now button to add photos to your shopping cart. You will have an opportunity to review your order before being charged for anything. Your transaction is processed via Paypal on a secure server. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or your Paypal account if you have one.

Order by Check - You may also order by check. Simply print out this order form and mail it with your check.

Can I make copies of my prints and enlargements?
No, absolutely not. Photographs are protected by U.S. Copyright laws. Copying, in any manner, is prohibited and is a violation of Federal Law.

What can I do with a digital image for personal use?

  • You can print as many copies as you like and give them to your friends and family.
  • Prints can be made from CD at any photo lab. Costco does a good job too.
  • You can put the picture on your MySpace page.
  • You can email it to your friends.
  • You can post it on message boards and forums.
You CANNOT use the image to advertise your horse, farm or business. You cannot publish the image in any news articles or ads. You need to purchase advertising use if you want to do those things.

You cannot sell or give the image to a third party. For example, you cannot give it to your horse's breeder or the local tack shop. If a third party wants to use the image have them contact the photographer.

What is an 8x10 print plus web image for personal use?
When you purchase an "8x10 print plus web image for personal use" you get an 8x10 enlargement of the photo and a digital image for use on the web. A web image is a low resolution image sized for use on personal websites and in email. It is not suitable for printing. The actual file size is 500 pixels on the long side @ 72 dpi. You may use the image for all of the things described above in digital image for personal use. Your web image will be delivered by email.
